Recordvert Support

Need help, found a problem, or have an idea? Email support@recordvert.com. I read every message and reply as soon as I can, usually within a few days.

Before you write

• In the app, open the Help menu and choose "Show the log file in Finder". The log has times, counts and errors but never your email text. Attach it if you can.
• Tell me the macOS version and what kind of file you were converting (mbox, PST or OST).
• Please do not send real emails or mailboxes. A description of what went wrong is enough.

Common questions

A file would not open. Very old 32-bit PST files and some encrypted files are not supported. The app says so and what to do.

Word, Excel and PowerPoint attachments. Word files are converted to PDF. Other office files are saved as the original, and the run summary says which.

Where do my files go? Only to the output folder you choose. Nothing is uploaded.
